Available Financing & Grant Opportunities

The 300 Block of N. Gilmor Homeownership Corridor will be marketed to first-time home-buyers who make within 100% Average Median Income for Baltimore City residents. Individuals who fall within the 100% AMI and first-time home buyer category can receive up to $55,000 in down payment assistance. 

Individuals who work for the University of MD Baltimore and Lifebridge can receive the Live Near Your Work grant as well.
